“Dati Sensibili” is a research inquiry curated by Sineglossa, in dialog with the Associazione Archivio Storico Olivetti. It is structured around three themes: city, technology, and labour, explored through a selection of objects, models, and prints from the Ivrea archive.

The exhibition design emerged from one of our early site visits and from observing the containers designed by Akira Kimura for the Olivetti Archive: serial, robust, and functional devices that we adopt as an exhibition system.

The Sala dei Plebisciti is transformed into an informal assembly space around OLO, the exhibition’s conversational agent. Nine rolls of velvet carpet, temporarily removed from their original function, define a horizontal, non hierarchical configuration dedicated to encounters and conversation between the public and the device.
